I found the hotel's location ideal, close enough to the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, the Kelvistone attractions and a leafy avenue in Glasgow's West End. In overall the room was well-equipped and tastefully decorated and with fabulous bed, the most amazing bathroom, as for instance.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with elegant and well-maintained rooms. The service from the staff was top-notch, with a very warm welcome and a willingness to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, close to art galleries, botanical gardens, and a bustling street filled with shops, bars, and restaurants.

That the hotel was a bit far from the local shops, bars, and restaurants. However, the hotel was more than happy to book a taxi for us, and the taxis arrived quickly.

The rooms are recently refurbished with extremely comfy beds and smoke detectors. The service is very efficient, includes easy free parking. Furthermore, guests can use parking on-site. Have a drink at the bistro bar.
